1. Who we are

SatyaVida™ (“SatyaVida,” “we,” “us,” “our”)offers courses, events, counselling and digital products including SatyaVidaOne. We are the data controller for personal information we collect about youwhen you use our sites, apps, and services. For EU and UK individuals we mayappoint an EU and UK representative. 2. What we collect

We collect information in three ways: youprovide it, we collect it automatically, or we receive it from third parties.

• Account and profile: name, contact details, photo, country, preferences.
• Transactions: enrolments, purchases, subscription status, partial card data via our payment processor, invoices, taxes.
• Engagement: course progress, attendance, messages, posts, likes, support tickets.
• Wellness and reflection entries: optional fields you choose to record in courses or counselling. Do not include sensitive medical data you are not comfortable sharing.
• Device and usage: IP, identifiers, cookies, log data, crash reports, language, time zone.
• Marketing: email preferences, campaign attribution.
• Third parties: payment providers, single sign-on, analytics, advertising partners, event platforms.

3. Why we use your data and legal bases

We process data to:

• Provide the services you request, including account creation, programme delivery, counselling scheduling, and customer support. (Contract)
• Operate and improve our platforms, safety monitoring, analytics, and research. (Legitimate interests balanced with your rights)
• Personalise experiences and recommend content. (Legitimate interests or consent where required)
• Send service messages such as receipts, changes to terms, security alerts. (Legal obligation/Contract)
• Send marketing about SatyaVida where you have opted in or where permitted by law with an easy opt-out. (Consent or Legitimate interests as applicable)
• Comply with law including tax, accounting, and regulatory requests. (Legal obligation)

4. Special categories and counsellingdata

Some offerings involve reflection onwellbeing. We do not require health data. If you choose to provide sensitiveinformation, you consent to our processing for the purpose of delivering theservice you request. You can delete your entries in your account or bycontacting us.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary, functional, analytics,and advertising cookies. EU and UK visitors will see a consent banner withgranular choices. You can change preferences at any time at Cookie Settings.

6. Sharing your data

We share data with processors under writtencontracts that include confidentiality, security, and subprocessors controls.Typical recipients:

• Cloud hosting and security
• Payment processors
• Email and marketing automation
• Video and event platforms
• Customer support tools
• Analytics and error logging
  We may disclose data to authorities when legally required, to professional advisers, and in a merger, financing, or acquisition.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed in Canada, the UnitedStates, the European Union, and other locations. Where required, we useStandard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards. Our Canadian operationscomply with PIPEDA. We assess transfer risks and apply encryption in transitand at rest.

8. Data retention

We retain account data for the life of youraccount and as needed to comply with law and resolve disputes. Typical periods:

• Account data: while active and up to 24 months after closure
• Transactions: 7 years
• Support tickets: 24 months
• Marketing consent logs: 5 years
• Cookies: per the Cookie Policy
  We delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may haverights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data,to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.

• EU/UK: GDPR and UK GDPR rights; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• California: right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information to manage preferences.
• Canada: PIPEDA access and correction rights.

10. Children

Our services are for individuals 16 andolder, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowinglycollect data from children. If we learn that we have done so, we will deleteit.

11. Security

We apply role-based access control,encryption in transit and at rest, secure development practices, vendor riskreviews, and incident response procedures. No system is perfectly secure. If weexperience a breach that risks your rights, we will notify you and regulatorsas required.

12. Links and third parties

We are not responsible for third-partysites or services you link to from our platforms. Review their policies.

13. Changes

We will post updates here and change theeffective date. Material changes will be notified by email or in-productnotice.
