1. Agreement to terms

These Terms form a binding agreementbetween you and [SatyaVida Inc.]. By accessing our websites, apps, events,courses, counselling, or SatyaVida One (collectively, the “Services”), youagree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or theage of majority in your location if higher, to use the Services. You areresponsible for your account, credentials, and keeping your informationaccurate.

3. Programmes and offerings

SatyaVida provides: Courses and Training,Events and Retreats, Corporate Programmes, Counselling and Coaching, andDigital and Publications including SatyaVida One. Specific offerings may haveadditional terms presented at checkout or registration. If those conflict withthese Terms, the additional terms govern for that offering.

4. Payments, renewals, and refunds

Prices are shown before purchase and mayinclude applicable taxes and fees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the endof the term unless you cancel in your account before renewal.

• Refunds: Unless stated otherwise for a specific programme, digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered. Events and courses may have stated cancellation windows. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit.
• Chargebacks: Contact support before initiating a chargeback. We may suspend accounts with unresolved chargebacks.

5. Counselling and coaching disclaimer

Counselling and coaching offered bySatyaVida are educational and supportive. They are not medical,psychological, or legal services and are not a substitute for professionalhealth care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload harmful code or attempt to access systems without authorisation.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others, or share content that is unlawful, hateful, or exploitative.
• Misuse recordings or materials from events or courses.
  We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. User content and licence

You retain ownership of content you submit.You grant SatyaVida a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host,store, reproduce, display, perform, and create derivative works from yourcontent solely to operate, improve, and promote the Services. You areresponsible for your content and for getting permissions to include third-partymaterial.

8. Intellectual property

All content and technology in the Servicesare owned by SatyaVida or its licensors and are protected by copyright,trademark, and other laws. SatyaVida™, logos, and product names are trademarksor registered trademarks of SatyaVida. You may not use our marks without priorwritten permission except to truthfully reference our brand.

9. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, wemay use them without restriction or compensation.

10. Third-party services

Some features integrate third-partyservices. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms, and we arenot responsible for them.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “asavailable.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties,express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particularpurpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-freeoperation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,SatyaVida and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liablefor indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitivedamages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liabilityfor any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to usin the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold SatyaVidaharmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees)arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of theseTerms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, ifrequired by law, or for security reasons. Upon termination, sections that bytheir nature should survive will survive.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of theProvince of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regardto conflicts of laws.

• Venue: Courts of Alberta, judicial district of [Calgary/Edmonton].
• Class action waiver: Disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
  If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have mandatory rights to bring claims in your home country.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time totime. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use afterchanges means you accept the new Terms.
